Blossomy bloomed from a simple idea during one of the most uncertain times, the pandemic. With distance separating loved ones and meaningful gestures feeling more important than ever, I found myself searching for a floral arrangement to send to a friend’s wedding – something beautiful, thoughtful, and lasting, especially since we couldn’t be there in person.

To my surprise, preserved and dried floral arrangements were incredibly difficult to find. Most stores only stocked fresh flowers that would wilt in days. That moment sparked an idea, I wanted to create something that could last, sustainable floral options that didn’t just fade after a few days, but stayed beautiful for months or even years?

As I dove deeper into the industry, I discovered how much the traditional floral industry contributes to waste. Millions of fresh flowers are discarded each year, often just days after use, and most end up in landfill. The resources used to grow, ship, and discard fresh flowers come at a huge cost to the environment, especially when many are imported and treated with chemicals to prolong their life. This waste inspired me even more to offer a more eco-conscious alternative.

At Blossomy, our mission is simple: to minimise floral waste and preserve nature’s beauty by creating long-lasting arrangements that can be cherished for months or even years. While not all flowers can be preserved or dried, we thoughtfully choose and design with what can, offering beauty that’s not only timeless but kinder to the planet.

We believe in giving people more options, sustainable options, without compromising on elegance or meaning. Every arrangement is a small step towards a more thoughtful, more beautiful, and more sustainable future.

As Blossomy has grown, we’ve expanded beyond our classic Enchanted Rose Domes to offer a variety of creations, including dried flower arrangements, Galaxy Roses, hamper gifts, glitter roses, and even custom designs.
