Our dried and preserved flowers are crafted from real flowers and hand-dyed, which can result in slight variations in colour and texture.  Please be assured that we will do our best to ensure that the flowers in your arrangement are of the same colour tones and textures as shown. 

However, availability and seasonality might affect the flower arrangement, and a similar flower of equal or higher value may be substituted without notification.  Additional factors such as a discrepancy between how the flower appears on-screen and in-person should also be taken into account.

Furthermore, it is important to note that while proper care can maintain the longevity of dried and preserved flowers, they may eventually fade, change color, or lose their shape over time. This is a natural part of the preservation process and should not be considered a defect.
